   產(chǎn)品說明及用途 
     由丙烯晴(PAN)和瀝青原料為主制成碳纖維原絲，通過先進(jìn)的工藝技術(shù)裝備，織成平紋、斜紋、緞紋和三維結(jié)構(gòu)的各種高性能碳纖維織物。碳纖維是由有機(jī)纖維經(jīng)碳化及石墨化處理而得到的微晶石墨材料，制成的工業(yè)織物具有輕量化、高強(qiáng)度、高模量、耐腐性、導(dǎo)電性等優(yōu)越特性。經(jīng)CVD復(fù)合制成的碳/碳復(fù)合材料，更是一種先進(jìn)的高能熱結(jié)構(gòu)功能材料。      
     產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于航空航天、風(fēng)電、軍工、汽車、醫(yī)療、體育器材、運(yùn)動(dòng)裝備、船艇等高科技領(lǐng)域。
  Product introduction and use By acrylonitrile (PAN) and bituminous materials mainly made of carbon fiber precursor,with advanced technology equipment,woven into a variety of high performance carbon fiber plain weave,twill,satin and three-dimensional structure of the fabric.Carbon fiber is made from organic fibers by carbonization and graphitization treatment obtained microcrystalline graphite materials,made of industrial fabric with lightweight,high strength,high modulus,corrosion resistance,excellent properties such as conductivity.Using CVD composite made of carbon / carbon composite materials,it's also a kind of advanced functional materials of high thermal structure.Main uses:used in aerospace,wind power,military,automotive,medical,sports equipment,sports equipment,ships and other high-tech fields.  
   主要品種 Main varieties
    1、機(jī)織碳纖維布：平紋布，斜紋布，緞紋布，單向布等；
    2、針織碳纖維布：經(jīng)編布，緯編布，圓機(jī)布(套管)，橫機(jī)布(羅紋布)等；
    3、編織碳纖維布：套管，盤根，編織帶，二維布，三維布，立體編織布等；
    4、碳纖維預(yù)浸布：干法預(yù)浸布，濕法預(yù)浸布，單向預(yù)浸布，預(yù)浸帶等。
