產(chǎn)品應用：Applications 

方格布是一種材質(zhì)均勻的片狀雙向增強材料，其在FRP手胡工藝中較多采用，用于制造船艇、容器、飛機、汽車部件、家俱、運動設施等大面積FRP制品。

The construction of woven roving gives bi-directional (0°/90°) reinforcement and the strength of continuous filaments. Is ideal basic material for FRP hand lay-up process , typical products like 

boats, containers, aircraft and automotive parts, home furnishings, sports equipment, corrosion-resistant tanks, translucent panels, and other FRP parts with large areas.

包裝：Packaging 

中天俊達所產(chǎn)方格布，使用直徑為76mm的紙管卷取，氈卷包覆聚乙烯塑料袋并裝入瓦楞紙箱。如要求托盤包裝時，每托盤豎放16或12箱，橫放9或6箱。托盤堆高不大于2層，紙箱堆高不超過5層。

Woven Roving from Zhongtian Junda , is wound into a roll on a cardboard inner tube with an inside diameter of 76mm (3.0"). All densities are 23cm (9") in diameter. Each roll is wrapped with a plastic bag and placed in a cardboard box. 12 or 16 boxes are placed vertically or 6 or 9 boxes are placed  horizontally on a pallet, which is stretch wrapped. 

The pallets should be stocked 2 layers high maximum ,and the cartons 5 layers maximum when stocked .    

 

貯存：Storage 

產(chǎn)品應置于干燥、涼爽處，儲存溫度5-35°C，濕度35-65°C的環(huán)境下最佳。若不用，請勿打開包裝，以免受潮，影響使用。

 Unless otherwise specified, it is recommended to store products in a cool, dry area. Temperature should not exceed 35°C (95°F) and the relative humidity should be kept below 65%. The products must remain in packaging material until just prior to their use. If these conditions are respected, the product should not undergo significant changes when stored for extended periods of time. 
 Stacking
 To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, skids should not be stacked more than two high.
