1、定義：玻璃纖維縫編氈（以下簡稱縫編氈），是由按一定方向排列的無捻粗紗或方格布作為基層材料，經短切成一定的長度后，無定向均勻平鋪,用有機纖維縫編而成。

Fiberglass stitched mat is made from chopped fiberglass strands or woven roving which is cut into a certain length and randomly dispersed ,laid on a roving matrix then stitched together with organic fibers.

3、用途：

 縫編氈應用于增強不飽和聚酯樹脂并適用于拉擠成型、注射成型（RTM）、纏繞成型、手糊成型等玻璃鋼成型工藝。如拉擠型材管道、貯罐、風力發電機葉片等制品。

Fiberglass stitched mat is used in unsaturated polyester resin strenthen, primarily in pultrusion, RTM, filament winding and hand lay-up processed. Such as pultruded parts, pipes, storage tanks, wind generator blades and other FRP products.

4、儲存: 產品應堆放于干燥涼爽處，如若不用，請勿打開包裝物或扎緊包裝口，以免受潮。

stitch mat should be reserved indoor with drying, cool condition. It suggests that better to keep the package closed in order to prevent it from the wet.

5、包裝: 縫編氈卷繞在內經為76mm的紙芯上，裝入紙箱內.外套聚乙烯包裝袋，袋口用聚酯繩采用活口扎緊，，然后碼放在托盤上，每個托盤豎放12箱，橫放9或6。托盤堆高不大于兩層，紙箱堆高不大于三層。

Stitch mat will be wrapped up paper pipe of 77mm inner diameter, and polyvinyl chloride film will be used for packing and sealing and then package them with carton.the mats should be put horizontally 12 and vertically 6 cartons every pallet.height of the pallet’s heap should be within the two layers of the pallet’s height.height of the carton heap should be within three layers of the carton.
